| 摘 要： | 本文先建立一个综合数字参考咨询体系结构,再以此为依据,构建出数字参考咨询的评价体系。然后从知识源、服务、专家、结果、反馈、用户六个方面进一步对各评价指标进行解析,从而使评价体系与整体结构有效地吻合。

| Abstract: | This paper first sets up a digital reference service integrated architecture, according to which the digital reference service evaluation system is built. Then all the quality evaluation targets in the system in detail are explained from the aspects of knowledge, services, experts, results, feedback mechanism to users, which make the digital reference service evaluation system correspondent to the digital reference service's architecture. |
