| 摘 要： | 劳动合同有效订立后尚未履行完毕前,有时需要通过劳动合同变更使劳动合同适应客观情况的变化。对劳动合同变更的概念、劳动合同变更与民事合同变更的区别、劳动合同变更的条件及效力的深入研究有助于劳动合同变更具体法律制度的构建与完善。

| Abstract: | Sometimes the modification of labor contract is needed to adapt to the modification of objective conditions after we sign it but has not performed it.A deep research on the concept of labor contract modification,the difference between the modification of labor contract and the modification of civil contract,and the conditions and effects of the labor contract modification can construct and improve the specific legal system concerning the labor contract modification. |
