从水泥行业发展谈无机非金属材料工程专业教学改革

近十年来，水泥行业发展迅速，水泥生产水平基本接近国际水平。水泥行业处于高速成长期，人才缺口很大，而高校是人才的摇篮，因此水泥行的发展与高校教学密不可分。目前各高校培养的学生，不同程度存在基础知识不牢、专业知识老化、系统性不强、动手能力较差、吃苦耐劳精神欠缺等不足，因此无机非金属材料工程专业的教学改革势在必行。以此主要从改革课程设置、完善课程体系、课堂教学及实践教学方法改革、教师队伍建设、建立实习基地和就业基地五个方面探讨教学改革的问题。
