| Abstract: | Deng Xiaoping's national theory about Regional National Autonomy clearly states that Regional National Autonomy is suited to the national conditions of China and is the superiority of our social system. Implementing the Regional National Autonomy requires good development of economy. The key to making good job in autonomous regions is the problem of national cadres. |
