| 摘 要： | 《中国-中东欧国家合作中期规划》(2015—2020)确立了各国根据各自法规,欧盟成员国根据欧盟相关法规及作为成员国应遵守的政策,开展具体合作的重要原则.该原则凸显了法律政策在中国-中东欧国家合作中不可或缺的地位,也同时为双方在司法、仲裁、调解等法律政策领域的合作协调提供了法律和政策依据,打开了中国-中东欧国家乃至中欧国家在这些领域合作的大门.该《规划》到期之后,需要制定《中国-中东欧国家合作规划》(2021—2026).多年来,中国-中东欧国家在经贸、文旅、科教、工业制造等领域的合作成效显著,但对这些领域起保障作用、护佑作用的司法、仲裁、调解等法律政策领域的合作协调却相对滞后.因此,为进一步推动中国-中东欧国家合作行稳致远,需要制定《中国-中东欧国家合作规划》(2021—2026),并着重加强法律政策合作协调机制建设.
