摘    要:在竞争全球化趋势下,消费者需求呈现出多样性与多变性,大规模按单定制也因此逐渐成为跨国公司追求的理想生产运作管理模式,应运而生的按单定制供应链(BOSC)则是供应链管理的崭新领域。为促进以整个产业供应链为单位进行产品创新和管理创新,在分析大规模定制环境基础上,明确BOSC的定义,比较BOSC与传统供应链,并从下游生产驱动、上游采购模式、库存水平、产品和提前期、供应链集成程度五个方面概括BOSC管理的创新特点;站在运作角度,设计BOSC的网状结构运作流程模型,分析支撑BOSC运作的关键策略与技术手段。

Abstract:Under the trend of global competition, consumer demand has shown diversity and variability. Therefore, Mass - to - order is gradually becoming the ideal mode of production and operation management pursued by Multinational Corporations, and Build -to- order supply chain (BOSC) come up in times makes the new area of Supply Chain Management Innovation. For the research objective of promoting product innovation and management innovation taking the whole industry supply chain as a unit, based on analyzing the MC background, the article gave the definition of BOSC and summarized the five characteristics of BOSC management through the comparison of BOSC and traditional supply chain, i.e. downstream production driven, upstream procurement pattern, inventory level, products and lead time, and degree of supply chain integration. Then, the article designed the network structure operation flow model of BOSC, and discussed key strategies and techniques supporting the implementation of BOSC.
