公羊学与汉代政治文化

公羊学是研究阐述《春秋》大义的一个学术流派。经汉代董仲舒的发扬光大而在汉武帝时期的政治文化转型中发挥了重大作用。公羊学在两汉时期的兴盛多少带有依托政治的意味,因此公羊学常常会在政治实践中被视作理论依据,从而形成两汉政治文化的一大特色。东汉时期,公羊学的官学地位受到冲击。但经李育、何休等人对公羊学理论体系的发挥和总结,最终构建成完整的公羊学理论体系。

Gongyang-Studies and Politics-Culture in the Han Dynasty

Gongyang-studies is an academic school to research on and to expound cardinal principles of righteousness of The Spring and Autumn Annals. It played an important role in the political and cultural transformation in the period of Emperor Han Wu after Dong Zhong-hu carried it forward. In the prosperous period of West and East Han Dynasties Gongyang-studies more or less had designs to rely on politics. Therefore, Gongyang-studies was often regarded as the theoretical basis for political practice. As a result, it bore the characteristics of politics-culture in the period of West and East Han Dynasties. In the period of the East Han Dynasty the authority of Gongyang-studies was ignored. But Li Yu and He Xiu carried the theoretical system forward and summed it up, eventually Gongyang-studies with its theoretical system was integrately built up.
