| 摘 要： | 《世说新语》所描述的士人有一明显倾向--"重才".魏晋士人"重才"的原因有三:魏晋黑暗的政治社会环境导致魏晋士人个体意识的觉醒,而觉醒了的士人以才智证明自己的价值;魏晋的人物品藻更深化了士人的重才意识;魏晋的清谈也为重才起了推波助澜的作用.

| Abstract: | The scholars described in Shishuo Xinyu have a clear tendency that they attach great importance to talents. There are three reasons for the scholars of Wei - Jin Times to pay great attention to talents: the dark political and social environment in the Wei - Jin Times led the old scholars to the awakening of their individual awareness so that the awakened scholars proved their own value with their wisdom; the scholars' moral quality of the Wei - Jin Times deepened their awareness of paying attention to talents; the pure conversations in Wei - Jin Times also added feul to the fames for paying attention to talents. |
