甘南藏族自治州生态旅游开发探讨

在科学发展观的指导下, 如何实现经济发展和环境保护相协调,成为甘南藏族自治州本届政府急需解决的历史性课题。生态旅游自身的特点决定了生态旅游具备承担这一历史性责任的条件。本文采用SWOT分析法, 分别从甘南州发展生态旅游的优势、劣势、机遇和挑战等四方面进行分析, 进而提出,甘南藏族自治州发展生态旅游的对策为政府主导、突出四大功能、突出地方特色和转变生态旅游资源开发思路。

Thinking on the Development of Ecological Tourism of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture

Under the direction of scientific development,it is very important to develop economy and complement environment and its protection.Ecological tourism can meet the requirements itself.Using SWOT analyzing method,this article deals with the advantage,disadvantage,opportunity and challenge of conducting ecological tourism in Gannan,then comes to the conclusion that taking government as the leader,stressing four functions,giving prominence to local characteristics and changing the thinking way of exploring tourism resources are the best way to develop ecological tourism there.
