| 摘 要： | 从人文素质教育的历史背景和时代意义出发,分析了人文素质、人文精神的内涵,揭示了人文素质教育是教育历史发展的必然.并明确指出,人文素质教育涉及到教育思想观念的变革,教育教学体系的改革,师资队伍的建设和育人环境的营造等,提出了当前开展人文素质教育的基本途径和有效方法.
