| Abstract: | The series of activities in criminal lawsuits are focused on evidences. Whereas on the judgment of value in evidences there are two different views, i.e. the objective trueness and legal trueness, by the circle of scholars and by functionaries, from modern criminal lawsuit evidence concept and its development trend, legal trueness should be chosen as the value orientation in criminal lawsuit evidencing. |
