党的三代领导集体反对官僚主义的理论探索

反对官僚主义的理论和实践 ,是具有重大现实意义的时代课题。新中国成立后 ,毛泽东多次分析官僚主义给社会主义建设和发展带来的阻碍作用 ,并且不断发动群众运动解决这一痼疾。以邓小平、江泽民为代表的党的第二代和第三代领导集体 ,在改革开放的历史条件下 ,提出大力发展生产力、加强执政党的自身建设、建立健全民主法制等理论并付之于实践 ,遏制和反对官僚主义 ,使党和国家反对官僚主义的理论和实践达到新的境界及新的水平

On China's Three Greatest Leaders' Opposition to the Bureaucracy

The theory and practice on the opposition to the bureaucracy is crucial issue of our age. Comrade Mao Zedong had analyzed the obstructive effect brought by the bureaucracy to the construction and development of socialism since the foundation of our People's Republic and tried to call on the messes to fight against this chronic and intractable problem. Under of the open-door policy, Deng Xiaoping and Jiang Zemin, representatives of the second and the third central committees, have taken the following measures to reach the new ideal state and level for the Party and the government to fight against bureaucracy both in theory and practice: developing the productive forces with great exertion; self-building up and strengthening the Party ,its socialist democracy and its legal system; restraining and opposing the bureaucracy.
