高校新校区建设中的规划工作的思考

高校建设新校区是实现学校可持续发展的重要措施，是改善学校的教学、科研和教职工的生活条件的需要，是满足学校自身发展和适应国家高等教育发展形势的需要。无论是新校区，还是老校区，作为同一学校，必须统一规划学校的发展战略，统一制定学校的学科建设方案，统一完善学校的校园建设。因此对新校区建设，不仅要在形式上本着超前设计、规划和高起点、高标准建设的原则，努力把新校区规划、建成以人为本、生态型、信息化的现代校园；更要注重在内容上处理好与老校区及周边城市环境的内在联系，努力形成功能互补、资源共享、有机结合、统一管理的校园体系。
