| 摘 要： | 如何加强大学生的工程素质培养是高校教学的一个重要课题，以培养学生实践能力和创新能力为目标，提出了改革实验室建设的新思路以及校内外实习基地相结合的专业实习模式，优化毕业设计选题，对建立和完善毕业设计导师制进行了探索和实践。

| Abstract: | With the development of social ecomony, it is becoming more and more necessary and urgent to improve the English teaching for adults. This paper points out the inadequancy of English input and output in the English classes for adults. After a thorough analysis of the unique characteristics of adult English leaning, this paper gives some advices which would be of some help to improve adult English teaching and learning by enhancing and intensifying English input and output. |
