| 摘 要： | 从社会学的角度透视小城镇职工体育活动项目开展情况。根据不同性别、不同年龄、不同学历及不同收入水平的小城镇职工参与项目之间存在差异提出了职工体育的生活化、多元化、现代化、法制化和国际化发展趋势，为越来越多“农转非”的职工开展体育活动提供理论依据和实践指导。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the current status of staff sports items in small towns from the perspective of sociology. According to different sexes, ages, academic degrees and levels of income, staff in small towns participate in different sports items, thus ,this paper puts forward adaptation, diversity, modernization, legalization and internationalization of staff sports. Meanwhile, it will provide theoretical basis and guidance for carrying on sports items among those urbanization staff from agriculture. |
