大学生素质协调发展的影响因素及对策

教育的终极目标是实现人的全面发展。大学生群体，作为社会可持续性发展的后备力量，其思想道德素质、科学文化素质和健康素质的和谐发展，无疑是社会可持续发展的基础性条件。高校是大学生成长的重要场所，而在影响大学生素质协调发展的相关因素中，高校的大学生管理机制是主要因素之一。那么，如何从大学生管理机制的改革入手，促进大学生的协调发展呢？笔者认为，一要完善考核评估体系，增强管理制度的可控性、规范性和导向性；二要建立预警和危机干预机制，及时实施救助与矫治；三可引入导师负责制，实行全程指导。

The effective factors and countermeasures to the balanced development of university students＇ qualities

The ultimate aim of education lies in the all - round development of human beings. University students, as the reserve force of sustainable social development ,whose balanced development in qualities of thought and morals, science and cahure and their health, are certainly the basic condition to realize the balanced development of our society. Colleges and Universities are the most important places where University students grow. Among the related factocs which have effect on the balanced development of qualities of University student, students administration mechanism of college is the main one. How to start from the reform of student administration mechanism and promote the balanced develop- ment of University students？ I think that we should firstly perfect the assessment system and strengthen the control, normalization and orientation of administration system, Secondly, set up the early -warming and crisis -interfering system and give our help and correction in time and thirdly introduce the tutor system in which the tutor shluld bear responsibility for guiding his or her studentsincollege.
