人性化管理思想的现代运用

摘    要:人是生产力中最活跃的因素,员工积极性、创造力和增值潜力是组织发展的力量源泉,因此对人的管理也成为组织管理中决定性的因素。而对人的管理的核心问题始终都是对人性问题的研究。当代管理学对人性的假设由经济人、社会人、自我实现人向复杂人转变,而管理理念正在发生根本性的变革,促使管理从科学管理和人际关系管理,向人性化管理转化。由此,探讨和研究人性化管理问题具有较强的现实意义。

Abstract:Human is the most active factor in productive forces.The enthusiasm,creativity and value added potential productivity of the staff are the strength sources of the organizational development.So the management on human becomes the deterministic factor in the organizational management.The core issue of the management on human is always the research on the problem of human nature.The assumption on human nature has been transformed from the economic man,social man,self-made man to the complex man in the science of management.The academic management is changing fundamentally.All these changes urge the management to be transformed from scientific management and human relation management to humanization of the management.Therefore,the probe and research on the problem of human nature have a rather strong realistic significance.
