基于拉式系统的物流中心设施布置与优化

拉式生产系统有其自身的运行模式及特点 ,对应于该系统的运作模式 ,需要有与之相适应的设施布置与优化方案。在制定该类方案的过程中 ,首先要分析拉式系统的订单处理过程 ,利用此类过程得到的信息得出拉式系统零件目标产量及零件分解图表。在此基础上确定出串联型拉式生产系统的当量物流量 ,再将此当量物流量作为输入值 ,应用物料搬运成本作为评价标准 ,对串联型拉式系统进行物流平面设施布置与优化。

The Facility Layout and Optimization of Logistics Center Based on the Pull System

The pull system is typical of its own operational model and characteristics. The suitable facilities arrangement must be adapted accordingly to the characteristic of the pull system.
