| 摘 要： | 完全学分制、书院制改革，造成了传统的班级概念的淡化，对高校共青团组织建设模式提出了新的要求。遵循团建的基本要求，探讨了团建模式的创新。认为巩固现有班级团支部组织建设，增加新的评价机制；积极推进社区团建、社团团建、专业班级团建、网络团建，建立全方位育人机制。

| Abstract: | The reform of the full credit and academy systems weakens the traditional concept of classes, but it demands a new college league construction model. The paper analyses the innovation of the college league construction model, stresses the class league construction and proposes a new mechanism in terms of assessment, community league construction, association league construction, class league construction, network league construction and all-round education. |
