医患关系的伦理透视和实践理性

建构优质的医患关系,推进和谐社会建设的进程,必须科学理解医患关系的实质,透视医患关系背后的利益博弈和伦理蕴涵。通过对现有医疗卫生制度的伦理审视,本文认为,医患关系的不和谐是由于权利与义务的不对称、成本—收益的失衡和社会信用资本不足等问题造成的。因此,要想建构和谐医患关系,就必须明确相关主体的权利和义务、建立合理的成本补偿机制和加快社会诚信体系建设。
