| 摘 要： | 应急产业的发展需要强有力的科技支撑。在分析应急科技支撑能力概念的基础上,提出应急科技支撑能力由应急科技创新研究能力、应急科技成果转化能力、资金保障能力和应用服务能力构成,并据此提出了应急科技支撑能力评价的指标体系,利用SPSS 20.0对我国的各省市的应急科技支撑能力现状进行评价、划类和排序,描述了我国应急科技支撑能力的整体发展状况,并提出了相关建议。

| Abstract: | The development of urgency - responsive industry requires the support of powerful technologies. Based on an analysis of the notion--the supporting capacity of urgency - responsive technologies, this paper proposes that the supporting capacity of urgency - responsive technologies consist of the capacities of innovative research, application power, funding support, and application services, and formulates the index system for it. By means of SPSS 20.0 it evaluates, classifies and ranks China＇ s provinces and cities in terms of the status quo of the supporting capacity of urgency - responsive technologies, depicts the o- verall development, and offers some advice concerned. |
