| 摘 要： | 在民国国内多股政治力量相互牵制的时期,新闻自由度高于政治力量,缺乏异己势力的制约统一。政府的权威统治与近代报人的政治参与热情形成了矛盾与冲突。新闻出版自由本质上有助于权威政治的建立,专制独裁统治某种程度上与新闻出版自由形成了内在的矛盾。

| Abstract: | During the period of the Republic when various domestic forces were pinning down each other, news freedom outweighed political strength, but no dissident forces posed any restrictions. The authoritative rule of the government and the newspapermen＇s enthusiasm for political participation led to troubles and conlficts. In essence, the freedom of the press could contribute to the establishment of authoritative politics, and despotic dictatorship was to some degree in conflict with such freedom. |
