| 摘 要： | 经过40余年的兴衰沉浮，东盟成为继欧盟之后第二个最成功的地区合作组织。其在通过自身一体化、东亚地区合作、大国平衡战略获得了一种权力——东盟权力之后，也在积极为保持这一战略优势，从锁定发展方向、巩固权力基础、应对新的挑战、增强领导力的建设等方面而努力。

| Abstract: | Through more than 40 years,ASEAN becomes the second most successful regional cooperative association following European Union.Power gets from integrate by itself, cooperation of regions of east Asia, big country's balanced strategy.In order to keep this strategic advantage, ASEAN defines the developing direction, consolidate the power foundation, meets the challenge of the new one, enhancement leading capacity and so on. |
