| Abstract: | In Eastern-Han Dynasty,floods caused great misery to common people. Facing the high-frequency,vast affected area and aggravating conditions of the floods,people stood up against it.The relief efforts helped more effectively.In this whole process existed some jarring notes,which should certainly serve as a lesson for us to learn and reflect on. |
