| Abstract: | According to the fact of modernization development and the requriement of perfecting the system of capital market, this article will discuss the Third Board Market which is the preparation market of the Second Board Market. It's located in the lowest layer of capital market and is seldom studied. Lastly, we'll construct the Third Board Market on a optimizing framework basis. It will provide the theory and decision-making support to speed up national modernization and the Second Board Market development, quicken the West exploitation,and realize the balancing development in economy. |
