| 摘 要： | 中国城市新区的创办已有近30年历史,国家级城市新区的开发建设大体经历了4个发展阶段。不同阶段开发建设的城市新区都有不同的背景和条件,都是国家区域发展战略的具体体现。城市新区的开发建设,已经或正在成为中国经济"板块"重要的经济"增长极",是中国经济快速发展的重要引擎。

| Abstract: | It has been nearly thirty years since the establishment of new urban zones in our country,the development and building of which,in general,has gone through four stages.New urban zones developed and built at different stages have different backgrounds and conditions,all of which are concrete expressions of China's regional developing strategies.The development and building of new urban zones has become and is becoming a major economic increasing pole of Chinese economy "continent",and the important engine of rapid development in Chinese economy. |
