| 摘 要： | 学术生产力是高等学校创造和发现知识的能力,体现在知识的增量与价值。中国高水平研究型大学要在国际竞争中获得竞争优势,就必须重视学术生产力的提高效率。世界一流大学的经验表明,高深知识的增量和价值是高水平研究型大学的标志。建设高水平研究型大学必须把学术生产力作为核心要素,以高深知识的增量和价值为目标进行制度设计与文化选择。

| Abstract: | Academic productivity is a kind of capability that the higher universities innovate and discover advanced knowledge. If Chinese high level research universities want to gain advantage during the international competitiveness, they must pay attention to enhance the academic productivity. The experience of the first level universities in the world shows that the increment and value of advanced knowledge is the sign of weighing the level of research universities. So if high-level research universities want to be built in China, system must be designed and arranged when academic productivity is looked as core elements, the increment and value of advanced knowledge is looked as the aim. |
