虚拟经济探析

虚拟经济是产生于实体经济，并独立于该体系的独特价值运行形态，涵盖了金融经济与网络经济等范畴。它与实体经济相互作用，相互影响，但与其过度背离，则可能引发系统风险，造成效率损失。我国金融深化及实体经济信息化程度不高，一方面受制于落后的实体经济发展水平；另一方面，发展虚拟经济过程中出现的结构性偏差导致经济泡沫化，又反过来制约实体经济的发展。探索虚拟经济发展的规律与路径是实体经济发展的需要，也是经济全球化、信息化必须面对的课题。

Analysis of the essence of virtual economy

Virtual economy is born out of and independent of en tity economy with its own value,including financial econoncy and network econom y.Virtual and entity economy interact on each other.The excessive deviation may lead to the risk of system and the loss of efficency.The deepening finance reform in our country and the information of entity economy are not satisfactor y,which are restricted by the under development of entity economy,and the entity economy ,on the other hand,is restricted by the deviation during the developmen t of virtual economy.The exploration of the law and the way of virtual economy c an meet the need of entity economy development and is the project of economic gl obalization and information.
