高职院校外聘教师师德建设探析

高职院校外聘教师已经成为高职院校发展过程中一支不可缺少的重要队伍，加强外聘教师师德建设是高职院校的一项重要内容，具有重要的意义和作用。本文通过对外聘教师师德存在问题的分析，提出进一步推进外聘教师师德建设的若干建议和对策，形成良好的师德师风氛围，促进教学质量的提高。

On the Moral Construction of the Outside Teachers in Vocational Colleges

Outside teachers have played a very important part in the development of the vocational colleges nowadays. It is of important significance for vocational colleges to strengthen the moral construction of the outside teachers. Suggestions and strategies were proposed after analyzing the emerging moral problems of outside teachers. Better teaching morality and atmosphere might be expected only after promoting the teaching quality.
