| 摘 要： | 现代旅游业的竞争归根到底是旅游人才的竞争,旅游教育是培养旅游人才的主渠道。通过分析当前广西旅游教育发展现状及存在问题,提出了广西旅游教育发展应树立正确的旅游教育观念、优化旅游教育层次结构、加强旅游教育师资队伍建设、加强旅游院校与旅游业界的交流合作等对策。

| Abstract: | The competition of modern tourism,in the long run,is the competition of tourist talents.Therefore,tourist education is a major channel of training tourist talents.This paper,after analyzing the current situation and problems of Guangxi＇s tourist education,puts forward some strategies： to set up correct concept of tourist education;to optimize the classified structure of tourist education;to enhance the team of tourist education teachers;to strengthen the exchanges and cooperation among tourist industries and tourist institutions. |
