| 摘 要： | 证券投资具有风险与收益共存的特点,投资者在进行投资运作时都要承担相应的风险。因此我们应该清楚地认识风险、了解风险、分析风险。与此同时,要求管理者和投资者规范投资市场、树立正确投资理念,通过所掌握的知识和实践经验采取行之有效的措施来减小风险所造成的损失,从而达到规避风险获得预期投资收益的目的。

| Abstract: | Stock investment has a characteristic that the risk is together with the yield.
Investors might take on corresponding venture when investing. So people must know, realize and
analyze the venture clearly. And at the same time, it is required that supervisors and investors
should normalize investment market, build up right conception. They can use their knowledge,
practical experience and adopt effective measures to reduce the loss. |
