| 摘 要： | 金融海啸期间,经济波动从各方面影响着人们的生活,消费作为与国民生活和国家经济发展的密切相关的活动,必将因此引起改变。面对改变,民众和政府应采取积极的态度应对,通过调整财政政策,扩张型的货币政策和扩大内需等各种措施来拉动消费的增长,促进国家和世界的经济发展。
