| 摘 要： | 当今企业竞争表现出产品的竞争,技术的竞争,设备的竞争,服务的竞争,但归根结底在于人才的竞争,人才的竞争已经成为当今企业的主旋律。文章结合中外企业的一些事例从如何培养人才,如何合理使用人才以及如何管理人才阐述了人才开发的三步曲。

| Abstract: | Nowadays product, technology, facilities and services are the main means used in competition between enterprises. Basically competition lies in talents' competition. Competition of talented man is the main cantus. This thesis has mainly explained how to train outstanding talents, how to use talents rationally as well as what we should pay attention to in talents' management according to the concrete examples about domestic and overseas enterprises. |
