| 摘 要： | 根据系统论的基本原理 ,提出了可持续发展系统 (SDS)子系统———分系统矩阵 ,确立了系统组成和层次分析框架。论文分析了SDS系统的诸多特性和系统优化的一般方程 ,并提出了SDS系统调控优化的框图模型。
