| 摘 要： | 辽代法制在前期的建设中取得了不少成就。但是到了后期，其法制却出现了大的倒退，遭到严重破坏，前期取得的成果丧失殆尽。主要表现在统一适用的法典被废除，吏治腐败，冤狱迭兴，野蛮残酷的刑罚复活。这是由统治者的腐朽昏庸，政治黑暗。国家权威的丧失以及封建法律固有的局限性造成的。

| Abstract: | There were many achievements in the construction of the legal system at the beginning of the Liao Dynasty.But in the later period of Liao Dynasty,its legal systems retrogressed a lot and many achievements obtained in the beginning were lost.The main expression includes the abolishment of the uniform code,the severe corruption of the officials and the reuse of cruel crucifixion.These are caused by the punk rulers,gloomy politics,lower government authority and the localization of feudalist legal system jointly. |
