摘    要:本文提出了改进的判断原子及离子外层轨道能级高低次序和划分轨道能级组的规则。验证表明,本文改进规则在判断原子基态电子构型、离子外层电子构型和划分轨道能级组方面能符合实验事实。

Abstract:In this paper, amended rules are suggested for determining the order of atomic and ionic outer-shell orbital energy level and for grouping the atomic orbital energy level. It has been proved that for determining the ground state electronic configurations and grouping the atomic orbital energy level, the results achieved by applying the amended rules are compatible with periodicity and the determinations of the ionic outer shell electronic configurations conform well to the experimental facts.
