| 摘 要： | 公用事业的价格听证的重要性在我们日常生活中的重要地位已经越来越凸显出来。公用事业产品自身定价的困境决定了对其产品的定价必须在激励的框架内来进行。同时,价格听证作为一项民主决策的参与机制,价格听证会代表的构成、素质及其保障机制等对价格听证的最终效果具有决定性的作用。
