| 摘 要： | 所谓超常规发展，就是指区域经济能够以两位数以上的增长速度发展，实现落后地位的后发优势。至于如何实现区域经济的超常规发展，本文从世界范围内对经济超常规发展的国家和地区进行了深入的探讨，提出了只要发展思路正确，落后地区也能实现区域经济超常规发展，实现经济的后来居上。并对如何实现区域经济超常规发展提出了具体的建议。

| Abstract: | The so-called hypernormal development means the regional economy can be developed with the growth rate of more than two -figure number,and realize the newcoming advantage of the backward areas.How to realize the hypernormal development of the regional economy? This text makes some research and analysis on the countries and regions of hypernormal development of economy in the whole world,proposes that so long as correct thinking of development exists,backward areas can realize hypernormal development and realize a new economic situation of catching up from behind.The text also makes some concret suggestion on how to realize the hypernormal development of the regional economy. |
