| 摘 要： | 本文从知识视角分析国家创新系统,论述了知识特性、行为主体的效率、知识链接及制度环境四个方面对国家创新系统内知识的分享效率和配置效果的影响,最后提出了在国家创新系统内实施知识管理的途径和方法,为建立持续发展的国家创新系统及运行机制提供参考.

| Abstract: | At first,this paper identifies and analyzes the national innovation system (NIS) by focusing on the knowledge perspective.Secondly,the paper reveals that the knowledge diffusion efficiency and knowledge-sharing performance in NIS are influenced by the knowledge features, the actors' efficiency, the knowledge links and the institutions. Finally, the proposals based on the knowledge management (KM) are provided in order to maintain the sustained, rapid and sound development of NIS. |
