| Abstract: | Concretely analyzed market for corporation control in China using describable statistics way,the paper draws the conclusion that strategic M&A,tender offer,shares payment,foreign capital M&A and anti-takeover will be the new trends of the market for corporation control in China after reform of non-tradable shares. |
