国家的在场与家族共同体的消亡--以摩哈苴彝汉杂居村为例

本文以摩哈苴彝汉杂居村为例,探讨在民族-国家的现代性建设中,摩哈苴家族共同体在国家权力与地方传统的互动中消解的图景:国家"经济暴力"的利民性下沉造成了家族生产共同体的缺失,国家政治权力的强制性下沉造成了家族仪式共同体的消亡,国家"话语霸权"的渗透性下沉造成了家族象征共同体功能的失落.也就说明,在"有国家的社会"中,特别是在民族-国家的现代性建设的背景下,国家与民间社会家族之间的关系并不是"你进我退,你退我进"的弹簧式张力关系,而是国家在社会中始终占据主导性地位.

State Presence and the Withering Away of Clannish Community--Citing Mohaju Village Inhabited by Yi Nationality and Han Nationality as an Example

Citing Mohaju village inhabited by Yi nationality and Han nationality as an example, this paper probes into the Mohaju clannish community that withered away in the interaction of state power and local tradition. The sinking of profitability of state economic force led to the drawback of clannish community; the sinking of the state's political power led to the withering away of clannish community. This shows that in a society in which a state exists, the relationship between the state and folk community is not one like the tension of a spring, but one in which state always occupies the dominant potion.
