摘    要:如何处理效率与公平、绩效酬金与年功薪资、薪酬激励与精神激励、激励成本与激励成效的关系,是高校内部分配制度改革过程中的四大难点.针对这四大难点,提出了相应的对策.

Abstract:Difficulties stand out in the way of internal distribution reform in colleges and universities. Among these, how to handle the relationships between efficiency and fairness, between performance rewards and longevity pay, between monetary awards and spiritual encouragement, between encouragement cost and encouragement effects,claims to be the biggest. In view of the difficulties, this paper has put forward some countermeasures.
