| 摘 要： | 通过对美国、日本及我国台湾地区风险投资业发展历程的对比分析,指出政策支持应有一定限度,既要有所作为,又要有所不为。政策支持的作用是创建一个宽松、有效的制度环境,以市场的力量来发展风险投资业。

| Abstract: | According to the analyses of the development of venture capital of the United States, Japan and Taiwan Province, the paper points out that government's policy-supporting should have a limitation to some degree and the government should know what can do and what cannot do. The effect of policy-supporting is to establish a system of comfortable and effective environment and to develop venture capital with the help of market. |
