| 摘 要： | 东盟经贸人才的培养框架应包括国家经济建设目标、知识结构和专业能力目标。相应地，依据BPR理念，应建立东盟人才培养师资队伍“小高地”、科学设计东盟人才培养考核标准、设立东盟学术、教学督导、学生就业、企业服务等研究所，同时高校还应具有前瞻性，把握东盟国家的重点研究领域、创新研究方法等。

| Abstract: | ASEAN Economics human resources is involved in servicing for the State economics construction, knowledge system and specialty capability goal.Then, by BPR, it is suggested that build teacher"upland", design reasonable check-standard, set up ASEAN departments such as search, tuition, employment and enterprise services, etc., and foster the atmosphere of holding in advance of ASEAN's stresses field and innovating study method. |
