对人均电信消费水平地区差距的重新审视

本文对现行数据所反映的地区间电信消费水平差距提出质疑，认为其存在一定程度的失真。通过引入地区间价格差异因素，提出地区价格差异指数的概念，并用其校正了电信消费水平地区间的名义差距，得到实际的真实差距。其中，本文对地区价格差异指数进行了详细测算。结果显示，引入地区间价格差异后的实际电信消费水平地区间差距小于名义差距。

A reexamination of the disparity of per-capita telecommunication consumption level between different areas

An impugnation against the disparity of telecommunication consumption level between different areas based on current statistics is raised in this paper.Obviously,the disparity shown is inaccurate.This paper takes the inter-regional price disparity into consideration and defines the concept of inter-regional price disparity in- dex.Putting this index into the measure of the disparity of telecommunication consumption level between differ- ent areas,this paper throws light on the real disparity.The inter-regional price disparity index is accurately counted.At last,the conclusion is drawn that the actual disparity of telecommunication consumption level is less than the nominal one.
