| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法,明晰相关概念,以当代大学理念的两个维度问题--"大楼"和"大师"为逻辑线索,从四个方面依次阐述了"大楼"与"大师"和谐互融的规律:时代变迁对"大楼"与"大师"的客观要求、"大楼"作为造就"大师"的基本支撑、大学多元化价值取向对"大楼"与"大师"和谐互融的影响、基于典型"大楼"与"大师"和谐互融的实证讨论.最后,结合河北理工大学办学实际进行了考虑.
