对知识员工流动管理的思考

摘    要:随着知识经济时代的到来,知识员工成为企业最宝贵的资源,成为争夺的焦点。作者从企业层面分析了影响知识员工流动的因素:组织结构的变化、所属产业的类型和员工对薪酬的满意度等。企业需从加强人力资源信息管理、提供自主工作环境、实行弹性工作制、重视职业生涯的发展、加强激励、造就学习型组织和个人等方面入手,为企业留住所需要的人才。

Abstract:With the coming of the age of knowledge economy, knowledge workers become the most important resources of enterprises. This paper analyses the factors influencing the flow of knowledge workers in enterprises: the changing of organization structures, the types of industries, and the amount of salary. Great efforts should be made to stabilize qualified personnel for the enterprises by strengthening the management of human resources information, creating environment for autonomous work, carrying out the elastic working schedule, promoting career development, stressing motivation and creating environment for collective or individualized learning.
