| Abstract: | The judicial review system plays an extremely important role in the WTO regulations,the establishment and implement ation of which influences greatly the construction of economy and legal system in China.This paper introduces the main contents and characteristics of the judicial review system in WTO It suggests that a greater range of judicial review should be offered in china and the procedure of judicial review perfected so to greater range judicial review system in china to join WTO as smoothly as possible. |
