| 摘 要： | 合作模式的选择是产学研合作技术创新的核心问题。本文基于共生理论的视角,分析比较了产学研不同合作方式和特点,以及不同合作模式的适用条件,认为各种各样的合作形式均可归为点共生、间歇共生、连续共生和一体化共生等四类,其合作机制、适用条件各异,并无绝对的高下优劣之分,但存在着从简单到复杂的演化趋势,为产学研合作研究提供了一个全新的视角。

| Abstract: | The right selection of cooperation models constitutes the core premise of the cooperation of enterprise-university-research cooperation in technological innovation.This paper,based on symbiosis theory,offers an analysis and comparative study of different patterns and characteristics of enterprise-university-research cooperation,and different applicable conditions for such cooperation.It is asserted that various forms of cooperation can be categorized into the following four: the point symbiotic,symbiotic intermittent,continuous symbiosis,and symbiotic integration.The paper also observes the differences in their cooperation mechanisms,applicable conditions,and such categories bear no discriminations either in superiority or inferiority,but only vary in their tendency of evolution from the simple to the complicated,which may provide a brand new vision for the study of the enterprise-university-research cooperation. |
