| 摘 要： | 无论从逻辑上还是从实践上讲,社会技术和自然技术一样是确定存在的。社会技术也是第一生产力,发挥着和自然技术一样重要的作用。在技术领域中引入社会技术就必然要求创新和发展技术观念和技术概念,突破对传统技术定义的局限。在技术观念上进行变革和创新。

| Abstract: | Social technology and natural technology simply exist side by side. Neither is less logical or practical than the other. Social technology takes the same position and plays the same role as does natural technology in the composition of the first labour force. In order to introduce social technology to sciences, people must update their understanding of technology, to break through the limitations set by the traditional definition of technology, i. e. to innovate in their concept of technology. |
